Located on the northernmost part of the Philippines, a 10mins hy away from Aparri, Cagayan. This Shrimp Exporter Plant Project used Penetron Admix on its roofdeck structure as well as the elevated concrete water tank, external hallway were treated by Peneseal FH as well, to improve the quality of concrete which is later then polished. This project was a pioneering Agricultural Plant Project of its kind which is later on visited the by Secretary of Agriculture Himself.
